This episode details a painful confrontation, likely a flashback or a parallel storyline, where a young man named Mohit is being beaten and his shop is threatened by the family of a girl. The girl Mishra's daughter/niece, bravely interrupts the beating, publicly confessing her love for Mohit and taking the blame for their relationship.

Azeem Qureshi meets with a lawyer, Sengupta, seeking legal action against his wife, Sofiya, who has abandoned him and their daughter, Aliya, for another man. Azeem is determined to set a legal precedent, arguing that women who leave their families should face the same repercussions as men who abandon their wives.

Madhavi and her overbearing husband host Azeem for drinks. Madhavi's husband is openly condescending toward her and boasts about how he is the only man she has ever known. Later, Azeem pulls Madhavi aside. After criticizing her husband's poor treatment of her, Azeem confesses his love and urges her to leave her marriage.
