It seems her friends at school and her complicated family situation are behind this...

After the gym storage incident, Marina's harassment stopped. Takopi is really happy, thinking that this is the first step to patching things up, but that night, while Shizuka is walking Chappy, Marina shows up in front of her—and that's when her plan to plunge Shizuka to her lowest point begins.

Takopi tries to save Shizuka, but it ends in tragedy, and the Happy Camera breaks, leaving Takopi at a loss—but Shizuka's big, bright smile helps him come to terms with everything for now. Just then, worried about Shizuka, Azuma comes to check and finds Marina collapsed on the floor...

The Memory Box buried in the forest is discovered, bringing the matter to light—the police begin pursuing the killer, while everyone's suspicion toward Shizuka grows deeper. Azuma wants to live up to Shizuka's expectations, but ends up driving himself into despair.
