After the war with Tsukasa's empire ended, Senku and the others set out to save Tsukasa, who is now in cryo sleep. To solve the mystery of the petrification, the Kingdom of Science will travel to the other side of Earth, the New World. Senku needs a captain for his ship, so he resurrects Ryusui Nanami from the Nanami Conglomerate. He proposes to use petroleum as fuel.

Senku needs a captain for his ship, so he resurrects Ryusui Nanami from the Nanami Conglomerate. He proposes to use petroleum as fuel.

Senku and his comrades seek to find the culprit of petrification to save Tsukasa. They welcome Ryusui the capable captain into their search for petroleum on a hot air balloon. They use the views from the sky to make a map of the area. The villagers need more food. Senku and his friends are marching into the new world!

With Taiju and the other's hard work, the Kingdom of Science now has a field of wheat. The bread they make is charred. Desperate, Senku and the rest revive a pro chef! Francois was once Ryusui's butler and chef. Senku needs bread that's easily preserved. Francois responds to his desire. Senku also responds to Minami's desire and starts making something with science.

Senku makes cameras and takes aerial images from the hot air balloon. They still can't find the oil field. Autumn has arrived and it's time for harvest. Francois and Suika search for wild boars and truffles. That gives Senku an idea of how to find the oil field. Senku and the others try to make a new item, but their comm is jammed...

Senku and his friends receive a strange message from Why-Man. Senku, Ryusui, Chrome, Gen, and Ukyo conduct a war council in the Kingdom of Science to find out who this mysterious figure is. Senku wants to make the eye of science known as radar and sonar to see the invisible enemy to find Why-Man. Chrome figures something out after learning what radar is capable of.

The Kingdom of Science discovers an iron mine thanks to Chrome's curiosity. Shipbuilding requires a lot of minerals and petroleum. Mining carts and asphalt are made. With that, a logistic network is formed! However, building a massive mechanized ship is challenging. Senku has to change this plan. Ryusui, who wants a mechanized ship more than anyone, proposes a new idea.

Perseus, Ship of Science, is complete! A crew is selected to go on a voyage into the unknown! They are going for the final resting place of Byakuya's shuttle and the origin of the 100 Tales. Before setting sail, Senku listens to the 100 Tales passed down by shamaness. He believes the rare metal platinum is inside the shuttle. Then, the gang learns an important secret from a villager.

Senku and his team arrive on the treasure island where the platinum lies. They begin searching for locals and the shuttle. The crew staying on the ship investigates the surrounding areas and the sea. Ukyo is confused by the statues on this uninhabited island. Ryusui senses someone watching them. Senku finds an islander. They are one step closer to the truth.

Senku befriends the island girl Amaryllis. Five years ago, Amaryllis found out the Master's righthand men, Moz and Kirisame, have been using the Petrification Weapon. She's been trying to steal it. Senku proposes an infiltration plan to investigate the Head. But, he needs the lab, which is now on the occupied Perseus. He watches the ship from a distance...

When the ship is attacked, Suika survives with Ryusui's help. Ginro avoids getting petrified by jumping into the sea. He hides inside Perseus, which Ibara occupies. They receive dire news from Kohaku. They attempt to escape so Senku can have his lab back. To uncover the secrets of the petrification weapon, he carries on with his island harem plan. A makeover for Kohaku begins!

With science, Kohaku becomes a stunning beauty. To steal the Master's petrification weapon, they and Amaryllis joined the harem selection. Kohaku wears a bug to receive Senku's instructions and look for the enemy's main camp. Senku is ready to battle the Master and his henchmen with his new scientific invention. They receive a signal from the spy team infiltrating the harem.

Kohaku infiltrates the enemy's main camp and finds a crate containing the super-rare platinum. However, it's covered in thick and heavy concrete. Senku and Kohaku work together to transport the precious metal undetected. Byakuya spent the rest of his life on this island and left Senku a present. Can they retrieve it?

Senku and his team acquire the treasure, platinum. He proceeds to make the nitrate acid generator. The plan is to revive Kaseki first, but he is tossed into the water by Ibara along with the other friends. Senku saves Ryusui with Kohaku's help in the harem.

After escaping the imprisonment and reviving Ryusui, the divers revive Taiju using the oxygen tank and retrieve Kaseki's statue. With his help, Senku can make the greatest three-dimensional weapon: The drone. They can now revive their other comrades for a counterattack. On the other hand, Kohaku's Spy Team discovers a huge secret on the island...

After the Master's statue is discovered, Ginro is wounded by Ibara. Kohaku makes the decision to get them petrified and wait for Senku's rescue. Their comrades are revived. The drone is completed. Amaryllis escapes the petrification to deliver the message. The enemies' strongest warrior, Moz, comes before Senku and the rest...

Moz finds Senku's secret base. However, Gen manages to strike a deal with him because their interests align. Moz and Senku's team is planning a major counterattack. They made Moz disguise as the intruder and steal the petrification weapon. Locked and loaded, the Kingdom of Science is ready for a final battle.

The final battle between the two kingdoms begins! The winning condition is to secure the petrification device. Senku and his team launch a preemptive strike as hatted warriors. Kinro is the vanguard while Ryusui and the rest wait in hiding with their drone, waiting for Kirisame to toss the petrification device. Ibrara is wary of Moz and resorts to underhanded methods to hunt his enemies down.

Senku and his team learn that Ibara gave Kirisame a fake petrification device. The team rushes back on the mobile lab, but Ibara wants to turn the whole island into stone. To stop Ibara, they board the Perseus. Moz breaks his promise and shows up to launch an overwhelming attack on Senku. He has no choice but to wake that man...

Taiju and the others carry the Master's statue out and expose Ibara's crimes. Kirisame is petrified by Ibara upon learning the truth. Yo fires the last shot from his gun at Ibara and snatches the petrification device. Overjoyed by his success, Yo is unaware that Ibara will do anything to get the device back. Hyouga is revived. In his battle against Moz, his opponent has the upper hand.

Ibara unleashes the petrification light all over Treasure Island. People from the Kingdom of Science and islanders are petrified. Only Ibara who hides on the ship is unharmed. Just when he thinks he's victorious and returns to the island, Senku's science overcomes the petrification. He searches the island for the petrification device. The climax of the battle: Senku VS Ibara!

Using his drone, Senku defeats Ibara! Senku revives Chrome and the other comrades. Ginro, who was wounded, and Kohaku, who was petrified next to him, are revived and reunited with Senku. The Kingdom of Science contacts Ruri, but the communication is cut short by a shocking message.

Matsukaze is revived after centuries of petrification. Senku learns from him that petrification devices rained down from the sky one day. They confirmed that Why Man is on the moon! To uncover the truth about Why Man, Senku decides to head for the moon! They must sail back to the Kingdom of Science; but Soyuz who is the Master' son is feeling distressed...

Senku and the rest say goodbye to Soyuz who will stay on the island before returning to the Kingdom of Science. After reuniting with Ruri and Mirai, Senku tries to reawaken Tsukasa from his cryostasis. But, the device seems to have run out of power. Senku and the gang decide to go on a new adventure! To learn more about Why Man, the plan to reach the moon begins!
