Allen Walker arrives in London to visit Black Order Headquarters. He is suspected of killing Officer Charles and is unable to investigate the case.

Komui finds a letter by Allen's master. Later, Allen who is accused of being an Akuma is allowed into the headquarters.

Allen and Kanda investigate town Martel and find an Innocence taken by the Akuma. Kanda refuses to help Allen and leaves with the Martel residents.

Allen is attacked by a level 2 Akuma that can imitate anybody. They learn that the ghost of Martel is not a ghost, but a moving and singing doll.

Conflict rises between Allen and Kanda after learning the truth about the ghost. Pierrot attacks Allen and the two engage in final battle.

Allen meets John, who is interested in destroying Akuma. John goes with Leo to take down the most vile evil there is despite Allen's warnings.

Allen reveals his tragic past about his adoptive father. Lenalee joins Allen to help Leo, who has become an Akuma, find peace in the next world.

Komui's latest invention goes out of control, and hunts exorcists within the Black Order. Allen is almost captured as Kanda refuses to help.

Allen and Lenalee investigate a town where October 28 keeps repeating itself and they meet Miranda. Road follows them in the investigation.

Allen and Lenalee resolve to help Miranda. However, they do not know that Road is watching their moves and has special plans for them.

Allen is horrified that Road is a human working with the Akuma. Road attempts to kill Miranda, but fails as Allen rescues Miranda.

Road orders an Akuma to self-destruct, and Allen fails to exorcise it before it explodes. Allen is unable to kill Road, and she leaves the dimension.

Allen is unsure why he chose to become an exorcist, but is enlightened when he meets Lavi and wears the exorcist uniform.

Allen, Lavi and Kanda investigate a mysterious snowstorm. They find three level 2 Akumas commanded by a Noah, Skin Bolic, searching for Innocence.

Allen, Lavi and Kanda realize that the Leaf of Revival is the Innocence, and the three level 2 Akumas attempt to retrieve it by attacking.

Kanda meets a strong swordsman, Victorio. Allen and Lenalee go to Rome to find Kanda and learns about Victorio and the Princess.

Allen, Lenalee and Kanda become frustrated when they are unable to stop Victorio, who cannot die from the wounds.

Komui assumes that Lenalee and Russell are dating, and attacks them with Komlin III. An Akuma has targeted Lenalee with its transformation skills.

Allen is asked to solve a vampire problem while searching for General Cross, and is joined by Lavi and Bookman for his new mission.

Allen and Lavi investigate Arystar Krory, the vampire terrorizing the village, and meets his beautiful lover, Eliade at his castle.

Allen and Lavi engage in a fierce battle with Krory after they discover the truth about Krory's attack.

Allen realizes more about Krory's lover, Eliade. Lavi and Krory continue their battle.

Krory fights Eliade after he gains the truth about her. Krory decides to be an exorcist after Eliade's defeat.

Allen and Lavi follow Krory to Headquarters to be an official exorcist. Krory is inexperienced and Allen rescues him in time.
