The League of Freedom is still in turmoil after Dr. Devizo has destroyed the SuperMansion and released all of the villains into Storm City. While American Ranger helps Cooch get over the death of Brad, Titanium Rex and Jewbot have to stop a mysterious internet cult from leaking sensitive League information.

Titanium Rex tries to restore The League of Freedom's tarnished public image by traveling to Champston University in the hopes of wooing an old, beloved friend to join the League. While visiting the college, Black Saturn shows Jewbot the ins and outs of fraternity life, and the other members of The League have their own college experience.

The League's newest member, Portia Jones, unveils her first plan for restoring the public opinion of the superheroes: a League of Freedom-themed pizza restaurant and arcade. Rex and The League try to make the best of the embarrassing new venture, and Jewbot has an existential crisis after learning about his disappointing origins.

J.K. Simmons visits the SuperMansion to shadow Titanium Rex in the hopes of portraying him in a League of Freedom movie. Meanwhile, the villains in Storm City regroup to form the all-new Injustice Club, but things get uncomfortable when they move in to a new lair and start to question their leadership.

When Black Saturn from a future dystopia travels back in time to stop Ranger and Zenith from sleeping together-and having a future evil overlord baby-present-day Saturn is transported to the future. Present-day Saturn must now survive a future reality in which Rex is dead and Cooch is out for blood.

The League is called upon to stop an enormous space alien from gobbling up planet Earth. But the team proves ill-suited for the stresses of space travel, and when Ranger sabotages their one plan to neutralize the alien, the League's only choice is a dangerous, half-baked plan B.

When former 1970s models start to go missing from Storm City, the League rallies to protect Saturn's ex-model mom. But Rex soon finds himself a prime suspect, and after Saturn's mom is taken, the League must track down the real model-napper.

Rex's older brother, Titanium Dax (Dax Shepard), makes a surprise appearance in Storm City, and immediately begins to assert his dominance over the above-ground world. The only way Rex can think to stop his violent brother is to challenge him to a Subtopian death battle.

Having gone into hiding, Rex is now a lumberjack. But he can't escape his true nature, and after saving a small town from doom, he returns home. More trouble awaits him. The League has disbanded in his absence, and now the only thing that can stop an impending invasion is an old enemy of the League.

With evil Subtopians now ruling the city, the League must join forces with villains Devizo and Lex. The team's plans to steal and deploy anti-magno rods results in a showdown between brothers Rex and Dax. A League victory is cut short by an explosive twist and renewed connection between Lex and Rex.

The League of Freedom must band together to save Christmas when an interstellar imp, Mr. Skibumpers (Jim Parsons, The Big Bang Theory), unleashes a real-life Santa Claus (Gary Anthony Williams, The Boondocks), who experiences an existential crisis and runs amok.

Rex tries to prepare the SuperMansion for Halloween, a stressful holiday when evil taunts the world's superheroes. Despite Rex's best efforts, Robobot gets possessed, Ranger goes on a date with a ghost (Lake Bell), Cooch wages war on a bad trick-or-treat house, and Saturn tries to get laid.
