Selin, a talented interior architect at Artemim, accidentally becomes co-owner of her childhood home-now also purchased by Demir, the company's new boss. As tensions rise at both the house and the office, romantic sparks fly among colleagues, while secrets from the former management threaten to surface.

As Artemim celebrates Bora's proposal to Merve, Demir walks in-revealed as both the new boss and the man who bought Selin's house. He immediately imposes strict rules separating work and personal life, putting Bora and Merve's relationship at risk. Determined not to back down, Selin begins plotting against Demir.

After Selin and Ayda's "Cheetah Operation," the team celebrates-until Burak receives a threatening message about his secret with Ferruh. The next morning, hungover chaos collides with an important client meeting. Tension between Selin and Demir escalates, leading to a hospital visit and renewed conflict over their shared house.

Leyla and Firuze scramble to repay Selin and Demir, fearing legal trouble. Meanwhile, Selin injures her shoulder and, under medication, becomes disoriented. At Artemim, Merve launches "Operation Cheetah" to push Demir out, even sending a difficult client his way. As Demir enforces a no-romance rule, Bora and Merve defy him, while Burak and Ferruh face a dangerous mafia figure, Esen.

As Operation Cheetah continues, the girls try to force Demir out, while Ibo and Uzay defend him. Sparks fly between Ibo and Ayda, but Demir's strict stance strains Bora and Merve's relationship. Meanwhile, Firuze and Leyla hatch a new scheme: make Selin and Demir fall in love so they won't have to repay the house money.

At Mr. Yıldırım's party, Taylan harasses Selin, and Demir steps in, punching him and taking her home. Meanwhile, Ferruh and Burak scramble to hide past secrets, only to realize a crucial file is missing. Suspecting Selin, Burak sneaks into her house, but when Demir arrives, he finds Selin unconscious beside a masked man in the garden.

After Selin is injured at the party, Demir stays to care for her, and their forced closeness softens the tension between them. Despite ongoing disputes over the house, missing keys trigger a chain of chaotic events. Meanwhile, the aftermath of the party leaves Bora and Merve even more confused about their feelings.

Firuze and Leyla's "Love Potion Cake" plan backfires. After a night in custody, Yıldırım threatens to cancel his contract, putting Artemim at risk. Demir buys 48 hours to fix things by reconciling Yıldırım with his estranged daughter. Later, he saves Selin's cat, Chichi, revealing a softer side that deeply moves her.

Ibo meets Ayda about the cat hotel as Demir secretly works to reconcile Yıldırım with his daughter. Meanwhile, Burak pressures Bora into photographing Yıldırım with his mistress to blackmail him and save Artemim. The photos are disguised as a gift, and Selin sneaks into Yıldırım's office to deliver the envelope.

Determined not to lose Mr. Yıldırım as a client, Selin, Ayda, and Merve attempt to fix the situation without knowing what's inside the envelope Burak gave them. During Demir's meeting with Yıldırım, the girls accidentally lock themselves in the archive room. Mistaking them for spies, Yıldırım demands answers-leaving Demir to clean up the chaos. 

After Muharrem beats Taylan, Burak steals Taylan's access card to sneak into Yıldırım's office and retrieve the missing envelope, but fails. Meanwhile, Leyla and Firuze try to push Demir and Selin closer by staging a blackout during a visit. Later, Demir gives Selin the envelope and warns her not to trust Burak. 

As Ibo and Ayda grow closer, Demir tries to prove that Burak deceived the girls, leaving Selin to decide whether to open the envelope. Firuze and Leyla secretly check on their matchmaking plan but run into Muharrem. Meanwhile, tensions rise as Alara enters the picture, forming a triangle with Demir and Selin, while Vedat and Selin finally meet. 

Operation Cheetah is relaunched to keep Demir away from the company, but his surprise visit to the café ruins the plan. Meanwhile, Alara makes bold moves to win Demir and even shows up at his house, putting Demir and Selin's secret at risk. As Demir tries to cover things up, Alara openly reveals her true feelings about Selin, escalating the tension.

Burak shows up at Selin and Demir's house drunk, causing tension. While Selin and Demir talk in the kitchen, Burak secretly answers Selin's phone and speaks to her parents, then hangs up without telling them. The next day, her parents arrive unexpectedly and find Demir there. Just as a major crisis is about to erupt, Leyla and Firuze step in to save the situation.

Selin is furious at Burak for calling her parents and making them rush to Istanbul. To protect her from trouble, Demir quickly moves out. He also removes Selin from Alara's project, believing she's not suitable. Meanwhile, Selin's parents search the house for proof of a man living there, as the others meet a tough new client who could finally get rid of Demir.

Demir tells Selin he won't attend the dinner and will stay at a hotel, refusing to lie. Semih and Reyhan discover Selin's darkroom and ruin her surprise. At dinner, Semih grows suspicious and questions Firuze, Leyla and Demir. Demir admits he's not their biological nephew and plans to move out. After hearing about Demir's divorced family, Semih softens and asks about family life in Japan.

Firuze and Leyla try hard to bring Selin and Demir together, even convincing Selin's parents that Demir is the right man for her. After dinner, Demir stays over. Sneaking into his room to grab a suitcase while her parents sleep inside leads to chaos. Later, Yıldırım thanks Demir for helping Alara soften. Meanwhile, Ayda and Ibo grow closer after he helps her overcome a late-night scare.

Operation Cheetah moves forward with the "Monster Client" plan as Esen is trained against Demir, but she also learns Uzay swindled Ayda. Selin impresses Yıldırım yet feels conflicted about Demir's cold criticism. Vedat grows closer to her, unaware of the truth. Firuze and Leyla plan a surprise birthday to unite the couple, while Bora and Merve decide to marry in secret.

Vedat is torn between Demir and his father, while Demir refuses to see him. Selin's parents ignore Burak's explanations, forcing Demir to stay at a hotel. When Vedat learns Demir's father is coming to the house, he and Selin try to warn Demir but can't reach him. Panicked, Selin goes to his hotel room-just as her parents realize she's missing and start calling nonstop.

Reyhan plans a surprise for Selin, while Semih almost tells her the truth but holds back. At breakfast, Demir defends Selin to Alara, making her jealous. Bora and Merve secretly prepare to get married. Demir is upset that Selin's parents think he's her boyfriend. Selin confesses her real name to Vedat, who reveals that Demir often talks about her.

On Selin's birthday, Firuze and Leyla see Burak as an obstacle to Selin and Demir's growing closeness. Selin tries to talk to Demir about his father, but he avoids it, while she feels guilty about hiding Operation Cheetah. Firuze and Leyla get jobs at Happy Pie to stay close. Meanwhile, jealous Alara plans to push Burak toward Selin to win Demir's attention.

Selin and Demir are unaware that her parents are secretly planning a surprise birthday party at the house. Ibo and Ayda set out to buy a Kangal puppy but end up stranded and return with simple gifts instead. Alara and Burak attend the party, and Alara hints that the house belongs to Demir. Demir buys Selin new clothes and a phone, but they narrowly avoid being caught together before the surprise.

Bora and Merve secretly get married. Selin's parents leave town, and Demir drives them to the bus station. After they depart, Selin cries, reminding Demir of his own mother's goodbye. Selin reveals that Alara knows they live together. Shocked, Demir decides to end Alara's project quickly, pushing the whole company to work harder.

Firuze and Leyla start working at HappyPie to bring Selin and Demir closer, but their romantic plan backfires when Ayda and Ibo think the table is for them. Merve admits she secretly married Bora. Selin gets jealous seeing Alara in Demir's room. Later, Demir plans a sweet dinner for Selin. Alara invites him to France, while Selin finds his aquarium gift and feels happy.
