Like the prey who is about to have his blood drained by a vampire, Senpai is forced to play a game of nipple-poking and continues to be teased by Nagatoro. To get peace of mind, Senpai visits a family restaurant alone. He finds Nagatoro there with other men and observes in silence. Nagatoro shows a never-before-seen side of hers.

Senpai and Nagotor encounter a storm. Since the rain refuses to dissipate, Senpai has to seek refuge in Nagatoro's house. They are left alone... Senpai is forced to have a meal with Nagatoro's friends, Gamo and Yoshi. When she sees how her friends tease Senpai, Nagatoro becomes mad.

Senpai is having lunch alone in the activity room. Someone enters the room. It's not Nagatoro but Gamo and Yoshi. Senpai is confused and Gamo forces Senpai to touch her breast... Nagatoro volunteers to be Senpai's drawing subject. Senpai feels his heart race faster as Nagatoro poses seductively. And then, Nagatoro adds, you'll be rewarded if you draw me nicely...

Looking at Senpai's long hair, Nagatoro wants to trim his hair. Senpai agrees to let Nagatoro help him nervously, only to have Nagatoro's phone ring suddenly. Things are not going as planned. The summer holiday is tomorrow. Nagatoro and Senpai line up before a famous shaved ice dessert shop. Senpai notices Nagatoro sweating profusely under the heat. He does something unexpected.

In 2018, after completing a mission, Itadori plans to watch a movie, Kugisaki goes shopping, and Fushiguro heads home with Ijichi, remarking on their energy. Suddenly, a woman approaches Kugisaki and asks about Itadori. Shocked, Kugisaki realizes this woman not only knows Itadori but holds a significant connection to him.

Kokichi Muta, aka Mechamaru from the Kyoto school, had been leaking intel to cursed spirits to gain a functional body. When their deal collapses, he's forced to fight Mahito using the giant Mechamaru unit he secretly prepared. Utilizing years of pent-up cursed energy, Muta fights back fiercely. Will he manage to escape and warn Gojo about the cursed spirits' plans?

On October 31st, 2018, a veil traps countless people in Shibuya without signal. Sorcerers gather to address the situation, with Gojo facing Jogo, Hanami, and Choso alone at Shibuya Station to minimize casualties. Nearby, Itadori and Mei Mei encounter a speaking cursed spirit. An unprecedented battle begins as sorcerers, curse users, and cursed spirits converge on Shibuya.

In Shibuya Station's underground platform, Gojo is cornered as Jogo, Hanami, and Choso use people as shields. Their true goal is to buy time to seal Gojo in the Prison Realm. Mahito soon arrives with a horde of transfigured humans. The cursed spirits persist in using people as shields to weaken Gojo, but he eventually makes his move.

Itadori was following the train line from Meiji Shrine Station to Shibuya in pursuit of Mahito when he suddenly finds a small Mechamaru covering his ear. Mechamaru informs him that Gojo has been sealed, and while Itadori's team only half believes him, they accept his explanation and Itadori sets out to warn the other sorcerers that Gojo has been sealed so they can act to rescue him.

Nanami, Fushiguro, and Ino join Itadori, and Nanami orders them to lift the veil blocking sorcerers. When Itadori's attack fails to move the veil, they deduce the barrier's foundation must be outside and at a prominent location. They head to the top of the large tower overlooking Shibuya, where they are ambushed by several curse users lying in wait.

Itadori and Fushiguro defeat the Curse User Awasaka and lift the veil blocking sorcerers. Meanwhile, Nanami attempts to reunite with Ijichi for first-grade tasks, but finds Ijichi collapsed from a stab wound. Prior to this, Maki had instructed Kugisaki and Nitta to join Ijichi, but they encounter a Curse User on their way.

With help from Inumaki, Itadori manages to make it inside Shibuya Station. There he encounters Choso, who cries out vengence for brothers as he attacks Itadori without warning. Itadori struggles in his fight with Choso, and during the fight Choso asks, "Did my brothers leave any last words?"

Mei Mei and Ui Ui fight the Special-Grade Disease Curse summoned by whatever is pretending to be Suguru Geto. Mei Mei calmly analzes the situation and devises a plan with Ui Ui. Meanwhile, after defeating Shigemo, Nanami joins up with Maki and Naobito, but they encounter a cursed spirit with unknown powers. Naobito activates his Technique and delivers rapid blows, but...

Nanami, Maki, and Naobito are pushed to their limits when Special Grade Cursed Spirit Dagon activates his Domain Expansion, Horizon of the Captivating Skandha. Fushiguro's arrival offers them a glimmer of hope for escape, but Toji abruptly enters the fray. In his frenzied state, Toji targets Dagon, the strongest opponent. Meanwhile, Mimiko and Nanako head towards Itadori after his defeat by Choso.

Sukuna refuses to heed Jogo's advice after waking up, instead displaying his overwhelming strength against the Special Grade Cursed Spirit, Jogo.
