Attack on Titan Season 2

A Titan is discovered inside the wall following the battle with the Female Titan. Hange threatens Pastor Nick to tell the truth but he remains silent. Twelve hours earlier in the southern region of Wall Rose, Conny, Sasha, and the others from the 104th are on standby when multiple Titans are reported approaching. In their path lies Conny's hometown. The Scouts ride to get there first, but...

Five hours after the sighting, Sasha arrives at her own hometown. In her heart, she's reminded of a bitter memory of her father. Sasha spots a new village in the distance but is greeted by an appalling scene there. Meanwhile, Eren and the others hurry towards Wall Rose with Pastor Nick. He's there to judge with his own eyes whether the secrets kept by The Order of the Walls should be revealed.

There's no trace of people at Conny's hometown and all that remains is a lone Titan lying on its back. A faint voice reaches the distraught Conny's ears. It sounds like it came from the Titan...? Meanwhile, Hannes leads his team on the path running along Wall Rose, but there's not a single Titan in sight. As the first night after the sighting comes, fear and worry enshrouds the people.

The Southern Team with Conny, Reiner, and Bertholdt runs into the Western Team with Christa and Ymir. They decide to ride out the night in the nearby ruins of Utgard Castle. But before the lookout realizes it, the castle is surrounded by a swarm of Titans. Reiner takes it upon himself to fight back the invading Titans, but what memories is he having flashbacks of?

Back when Eren and the others were still in training, Christa and Ymir went missing during an exercise in the snowy mountains. Daz collapsed during the exercise and Christa refuses to leave him behind. Christa attempts to drag Daz along towards the foot of the mountain as she gasps for breath. At this rate, all three of them will be goners. But what decision does Christa make next?

The swarm of Titans around Utgard Castle is exterminated by the actions of Ymir and the Scouts that arrive just in the nick of time. Having suffered tremendous injuries, it's decided that Ymir be taken to Trost District. However, Hannes shows up reporting there's no holes at all in the wall. If there is no hole, then how did Titans get inside the wall?

The Armored Titan and Colossal Titan appear before Eren. Enraged, he transforms to Titan as well and drives his fist into the Armored Titan's face. Meanwhile, the Colossal Titan destroys the wall that the Scouts stand upon and tosses the unconscious Ymir into his mouth. Can Eren stand toe-to-toe with the Armored Titan?

Eren's Titan is about to get the better of the Armored Titan in their brawl, but the Colossal Titan's head falls on him, turning the table on their battle. Eren is taken away by the Armored Titan while the Scouts suffer serious damage from the Colossal Titan's steam. By the time Mikasa regains consciousness, it's already five hours past Eren's defeat.

Defeated in battle with the Armored Titan, Eren awakes in a forest of giant trees. With him are others with the power to transform into Titans. It would be hard enough for Eren to escape through a forest home to so many Titans, let alone in his hurt and exhausted state. It's then that someone invites him to come to their hometown.

One hour till sunset and the Scout's elites have nearly reached the forest to rescue Eren. Deep down inside Ymir's heart, she wants nothing more than to save Christa from all of this. Ymir recalls her young life in the slums and unfortunate fate. But also, her encounter with Christa. In the end, what decision does Ymir make?

As Erwin and the Scouts ready to plunge into the forest, the Armored Titan comes. On his shoulder is Eren strapped to somebody's back. The Scouts are desperate to rescue Eren before the Titans take him away. Mikasa tries to attack the Armored Titan, but another Titan keeps getting in the way. She's ready to unleash her fury and kill the nuisance, but someone's voice screams to stop fighting.

The wave of Titans brought by Erwin's diversion rushes the Armored Titan. In this hellish chaos, the Scouts somehow manage to rescue Eren. But as they try to escape, Eren and Mikasa are confronted by the same Titan that ate his mother Carla five years ago. Fueled by hatred and a thirst for revenge, Eren goes to settle the score on his own by turning into a Titan, but...
