Due to their mother’s passing, Satsuki Miyanoshita, a fifth grader and Keiichiro Miyanoshita, a first grader move to Amanogawa Elementary School.

Suddenly, all the toilets in Satsuki’s school’s new campus become out of order.

Headless Rider, who lives in the old campus of Satsuki’s school, is said to be the ghost of a motorcycle gang that died thirteen years ago.

One day, as Satsuki and Keiichiro’s mother Kayako’s anniversary of death approaches, something happens to Amanojaku’s body.
