Shark Academy

Dr. Riley Elliott is on a quest to find the next member of his elite team of researchers. During an intense six-week course, the skills of eight rookies will be tested as they try to prove to Riley they have what it takes to be his next protégé.

Week Two: The recruits must hold their breaths and their nerves when they are trained to freedive into a swarm of sharks. Brad struggles with not being at the front of the pack, while Sophia has a risky encounter with a reef shark.

Week Three: It’s time for the recruits to prove that they can work hands-on with one of the most aggressive sharks in the world – the bull shark. Riley calls out Ryan, who’s confidence doesn’t quite match his performance.

Week Four: The recruits are tested with the ultimate survival situation after being shipwrecked. The struggle to find fresh water, the constant attack by insects, and personality differences push them to their breaking point.

Week Five: It’s hammerhead time as the recruits come face-to-face with one of the rarest and largest sharks. Meanwhile, Riley puts the team’s trust in him to the test. Juliana steps things up, while Randy shows what he’s made of.

Week Six: In their final challenge, the recruits take on tiger sharks to found out if they have the courage and skill for a coveted spot on Riley’s team. Riley is faced with the tough decision of picking the best recruit.
