After a day filled with hang-gliding, cave-diving, snorkeling, and dining on a floating restaurant, they lure Koro Sensei to a remote seaside chapel for their plan.

The class unveils their assassination plan and nearly succeeds, only to encounter Koro Sensei's Absolute Defense Form, rendering him invincible for 24 hours. Though disappointed, the students return to the hotel, where they fall gravely ill. A mysterious caller claims responsibility for poisoning them, demanding Koro Sensei's surrender in exchange for the antidote, forcing a tense negotiation.
