With Optimus Prime having lost his memory, Megatron manipulates him into believing that the Decepticons are good and the Autobots are evil. It is now up to the Autobots to help Optimus regain his lost memory with the help of the key to Vector Sigma.

The Autobots use the Decepticons' space bridge to send Jack and Arcee to Cyberton, with the plan to use the information in Vector Sigma to restore Optimus' memories. Meanwhile, Orion wonders if Megatron has been honest to him the whole time.

Orion rebels against Megatron to uncover his true identity, while Jack and Arcee obtain the information from Vector Sigma despite the hurdles. Jack then passes on the knowledge from Vector Sigma to Optimus, who regains his memory.

Optimus and Ratchet try to stop Megatron from acquiring the Spark Extractor, while Bumblebee arrives and sweeps it back from Megatron. Then, M.E.C.H steals Bumblebee's T-Cog rendering him useless and Optimus promises to make him whole again.

Ratchet and Optimus take a tough decision as they decide to transplant Ratchet's T-Cog in Bumblebee. But, when Agent Fowler sends the coordinates of Bumblebee's missing T-Cog, Bumblebee decides to take the matter into his own hands.

Wheeljack is back on Earth in pursuit of the Decepticon Dreadwing and seeks Team Prime's help to catch him. However, Optimus is concerned about Wheeljacks's aggression and recklessness, which puts Bulkhead in danger.

While Vehicons and Megatron battle Insecticons, the Autobots arrive. Insecticons attack Autobots, whereas Arcee goes after Airachnid. Later, Arcee traps Airachnid to prevent her from controlling the army.

Producing a clone of Optimus Prime, M.E.C.H. names him Nemesis Prime and sets it loose where it creates havoc. When the real Optimus is blamed, the United States' military becomes hostile. Do the Autobots succeed in tracing the clone?

As Agent William Fowler enters his senior's room, he explains his senior the specialty and the responsibility of all the Autobots towards their planet. He continues his detail sharing by also discussing the strength of all the Decepticons.

Trapped in the Nemesis, Bulkhead tries to find his way out. On the other hand, Starscream sends his clones to find Megatron and kill him. Meanwhile, the Autobots get into a battle with Airachnid's army in order to stop them from killing Megatron.

Megatron employs Dark Energon to rebuild his spaceship, but his plans go sour when the spaceship develops a mind of its own. While the spaceship prevents any Cybertronian from interfering with its plans, Jack, Miko and Raf come up with an idea.

The Autobots get the co-ordinates for the 'Lacon' relics. Optimus suggests going for the hunt simultaneously which does not go down too well with Knock Out. Later, the relic is revealed to be a phase-shifter which can teleport through solid objects.

Megatron observes the second relic's position being Antarctica. Optimus Prime declares that he will lead the charge of getting the relic from Antarctica. Further, Optimus Prime gets caught in a fight for shifting alliances.

Wheeljack is appointed to get the Resonance Blaster back. As Autobots are attacked, Wheeljack manages to disable Laserbeak. While Wheeljack and Soundwave fight over the Resonance Blaster, Ratchet suggests uploading a virus into Laserbeak's systems.

Bulkhead goes to a volcanic island in search of the fourth Iacon relic. To his surprise, he discovers that the relic is a lethal piece of Tox-En. Throwing the Tox-En deteriorates his strength and makes things worse when the Insecticons arrive.

Bulkhead is in critical condition with a complete system failure after his encounter with the Insecticons and exposure to Tox-En. Distressed, Miko and Wheeljack go in search of Hardshell to seek revenge.

Unable to help herself out of Bulkhead's injury, Miko resorts to silence. Therefore, Arcee shares her adventures with her former partner, Cliffjumper, to cheer Miko up.

The Autobots trace a Decepticon space-pod and find a new ally in the form of, Smokescreen. While the new recruit, Smokescreen, is all excited to crush some Decepticons, Bulkhead is filled with the belief that his place in the team is in jeopardy.

Watching his old nemesis, Breakdown, in action, Bulkhead expresses his urge to fight him. In the meantime, Silas proposes Megatron to join hands with him in return of weapon unlike any other.

Megatron finds Star Saber, an artefact weapon of mysterious powers, forged by Solus Prime. Unable to move the weapon, Megatron realises that only a being of Optimus's calibre can use it and thereby, decides to keep him off it.

Alpha insists Optimus Prime to find Omega keys to revive Cybertron. Arcee and Smokescreen find the first Omega key, but Megatron snatches it from them. Later, Megatron and Optimus Prime engage in fierce battle using their respective Star Saber.

Knock Out manages to acquire the second Omega key ahead of Arcee and Bumblebee. Bulkhead and Smokescreen try to get the third Omega key, but Starscream ambushes Smokescreen and acquires the Omega key. Later, Smokescreen gets abducted by a Decepticon.

Smokescreen escapes from the Decepticon ship with two of the Omega keys. Starscream sends a message that he has the last of the Omega key and wishes to make a deal with Optimus Prime. Later, he tricks them and obtains all the Omega keys.

Knock Out connects Megatron and Starscream's mind together to uncover Starscream's true motives. Megatron discovers the truth that Starscream wants to dethrone him and become the ruler of the Decepticons. Will Megatron destroy Starscream?
