Get Shorty

In the Season 3 opener of Get Shorty, news travels fast that Miles Daley (CHRIS O’DOWD) has been released from prison. And he has a plan for revenge.

Miles (CHRIS O’DOWD) settles into his assistant job at Budd E. Boy Productions, arousing suspicion and fear in Laurence (STEVEN WEBER). Rick (RAY ROMANO) calls Miles, Louis (SEAN BRIDGERS) and Yago (GOYA ROBLES) to a secret meeting.

Rick (RAY ROMANO) gives his script to his judgmental father (PETER BODGANOVICH) for notes and gets an unexpected response. Miles (CHRIS O’DOWD) does business with the cartels, while helping his daughter’s friend evade the vengeance of a dangerous gang.

Rick (RAY ROMANO) comes to terms with the realization that Amara (LIDIA PORTO) is alive and back in LA. Miles (CHRIS O’DOWD) pretends to help Laurence (STEVEN WEBER) with his HR problem before it leaks to the press.

Miles (CHRIS O’DOWD) nearly brings his long term plan to fruition. Rick (RAY ROMANO) gives Amara (LIDIA PORTO) an ultimatum, and Louis (SEAN BRIDGERS) surprises Gladys (SARAH STILES) in New York.

A botched hit puts Capotillo in danger and everyone seems worried except Amara (LIDIA PORTO). Detectives investigate a supposed suicide, putting Miles (CHRIS O’DOWD) on edge.

Miles (CHRIS O’DOWD) is questioned by detectives. Rick (RAY ROMANO) connects with a long-lost friend and finds comfort at a very ‘loving’ commune, and Yago (GOYA ROBLES) and Ed (ISAAC KEYES) search out Amara’s hidden stash.
