Master spy Twilight, posing as psychiatrist Loid Forger, must infiltrate Eden College to get close to his target, Desmond. To do so, he adopts a young girl, Anya-unaware she's a telepath who can read minds. Together, they form an unlikely family to prevent a war in the tense nation of Ostania.

Yor Briar, secretly the assassin 'Thorn Princess,' agrees to a fake marriage with Loid, a spy needing a mother figure for his daughter Anya to pass a school interview. Unaware of each other's secrets, they form a pretend family-while Anya, a telepath, knows the truth and pushes them together to stay with her new parents.

Yor moves in with Loid and Anya, completing their pretend family. As they prepare for the elite school interview, a mock test reveals they're far from convincing. To build unity and better portray an upper-class family, Loid takes them out to bond and learn proper etiquette together.

The Forgers arrive at Eden College for the crucial interview exam. Loid quickly realizes they're being observed-teachers are secretly evaluating candidates from the moment they enter. The real test has already begun, and the family's fate hinges on every move they make.

Eden College announces exam results, but the Forgers can't find Anya's number and lose hope. Henderson appears, praises their interview, and informs them Anya is first on the waiting list. Three days later, the Forgers receive a call from Eden College confirming her admission

Loid entrusts Yor to collect Anya's Eden College uniform while he attends a WISE briefing. To complete Operation Strix, Anya must earn eight Stella Stars. Excited to wear her uniform, Anya faces the dangers of being an Eden student as criminals target wealthy children.

On her first day, Anya punches Damian Desmond and earns a Tonitrus Bolt, becoming the talk of the class. Depressed but supported by her new friend Becky, she tries to apologize to Damian but fails. Loid, disguised as a school official, steps in to guide her.

Yor's brother Yuri, a secret member of Ostania's feared Secret Police, visits the Forgers after learning about Yor's marriage. While hiding his true identity, Yuri grows suspicious of Loid and their relationship.

To retrieve classified Zacharis Documents hidden in a painting, Loid and Fiona enter an underground tennis tournament disguised as a couple. They face fierce competitors using dirty tricks.

Loid and Fiona defeat the Campbell siblings in the tournament finals despite their foul play. The Security Service intervenes after learning about the classified documents hidden in the painting.

Fiona's presence makes Yor uneasy about her fake marriage with Loid, leading him to misinterpret her feelings as romantic interest. Meanwhile, Becky takes Anya on a shopping spree turned fashion show.
