Jujutsu Kaisen

The jujutsu sorcerers, Utahime Iori and Mei Mei, are dispatched to an ominous manor where several people have gone missing. They infiltrate the manor and after noticing the cursed spirit's barrier, they take action to destroy it, but the building suddenly starts to crumble. They're flung into the air, and in that very moment- 2006. The innocent spring that was lost forever.

Gojo and Geto are assigned to the mission of escorting and erasing the young girl compatible with the Tengen - the Star Plasma Vessel. Riko Amanai is being targeted by the Curse User Group Q, and the religious cult that worships Tengen, the Star Religious Group. After beating back the sudden assault on Amanai in a hotel, Gojo and Geto follow her wishes and join up with her servant.

Gojo and Geto beat back the curse users after the bounty placed Amanai's head when her cellphone suddenly starts ringing. On her phone rests the sight of a captured Kuroi. Gojo tries to bring Amanai back to Jujutsu High since the kidnapper was trying to trade Kuroi for her, but Amanai insists on going to the negotiations herself, so Gojo and Geto are forced to head to the designated location.

"Let's go home, Riko-chan." The moment Geto extends a hand to Amanai, the worst that could possibly happen does. Geto is left dumbstruck as Toji Fushiguro makes his appearance. Toji then declares that he killed Satoru Gojo. Geto summons his cursed spirits in a rage and attacks Toji.

August 2007. Gojo becomes the strongest and begins handling missions all on his own. This naturally leads to Geto handling them on his own, as well. That summer cursed spirits rose up frequently and Geto just kept exorcising and absorbing them. For whose sake? Then one day a certain individual appears before Geto.

2018. After finishing a mission one day, Itadori decides to go to the movies, Kugisaki decides to go shopping, and Fushiguro tells them they have too much energy before getting in the car with Ijichi and going home. Though after parting ways with Itadori, Kugisaki is approached by a woman who suddenly asks if she was with Itadori-kun.

The Kyoto school's Kokichi Muta, AKA Mechamaru, had been leaking intel to the cursed spirits so he could gain a functional physical body. After their deal reaches its breaking point, Muta is forced to fight Mahito and he responds by hopping in and piloting the giant Mechamaru unit, Mode: Absolute, that he had been preparing in secret.

On October 31st, 2018, at 19:00, a veil was lowered over Shibuya. Countless average people were trapped inside the veil without signal. Many sorcerers gathered at Shibuya to address it, but in order to minimize casualties, Gojo is sent to Shibuya Station's underground platform alone. There he faces off against Jogo, Hanami, and Choso. Meanwhile, Itadori and Mei Mei encounter a cursed spirit.

In the underground platform of Shibuya Station Gojo is overwhelmed and backed into a corner as Jogo, Hanami, and Choso use average people as shields in their assault. However, their true goal is only to buy time so they can seal Gojo in the Prison Realm. Soon Mahito arrives, bringing with him a horde of transfigured humans. The cursed spirits continue using people as shields.

Itadori was following the train line from Meiji Shrine Station to Shibuya in pursuit of Mahito when he suddenly finds a small Mechamaru covering his ear. Mechamaru informs him that Gojo has been sealed, and while Itadori's team only half believes him, they accept his explanation and Itadori sets out to warn the other sorcerers that Gojo has been sealed so they can act to rescue him.

Nanami, Fushiguro, and Ino meet up with Itadori, then Nanami issues new orders for the others to work together to lift the veil keeping sorcerers out. When the veil refuses to budge against Itadori's attack, the three of them realize the foundation of the barrier must be outside of it and in the place that stands out the most.

Itadori and Fushiguro have managed to conquer the Curse User Awasaka's Technique and lifted the veil keeping sorcerers out. Meanwhile, Nanami tries to reunite with Ijichi to finish off the requests only a first-grade can handle, but he discovers Ijichi collapsed on the ground after being stabbed by someone. Moments before Nanami's discovery, Maki ordered Kugisaki and Nitta to go join Ijichi.

With help from Inumaki, Itadori manages to make it inside Shibuya Station. There he encounters Choso, who cries out vengence for brothers as he attacks Itadori without warning. Itadori struggles in his fight with Choso, and during the fight Choso asks, "Did my brothers leave any last words?"

Mei Mei and Ui Ui fight the Special-Grade Disease Curse summoned by whatever is pretending to be Suguru Geto. Mei Mei calmly analzes the situation and devises a plan with Ui Ui. Meanwhile, after defeating Shigemo, Nanami joins up with Maki and Naobito, but they encounter a cursed spirit with unknown powers. Naobito activates his Technique and delivers rapid blows.

Nanami, Maki, and Naobito are driven to the edge after the Special Grade Cursed Spirit, Dagon, activates his Domain Expansion, Horizon of the Captivating Skandha. The sudden addition of Fushiguro gives them a glimpse of a way to escape death, but then Toji intrudes upon the fight. In his rampant state, Toji attacks Dagon, the strongest one there.

Sukuna refuses to heed Jogo's advice after waking up, instead displaying his overwhelming strength against the Special Grade Cursed Spirit, Jogo. Meanwhile, Fushiguro faces off against the rampant Toji with neither being aware of the other's identity. Fushiguro is just barely able to keep up a defense against Toji's overwhelming strength.

After being severely injured in his fight against Toji, Fushiguro suffers a surprise attack from Shigemo, who unfortunately happened to be nearby. On the verge of death, Fushiguro desperately carries his heavy legs toward the spacious Dougenzaka crossing and uses his Technique, the Ten Shadows Technique, to summon a certain Shikigami.

Sukuna has destroyed the district of Shibuya, slaughtered countless people, and defeated Fushiguro's shikigami. When Itadori reawakens and witnesses the aftermath, his expression is filled with grievous resolve. Meanwhile, Nanami continues to fight through packs of transfigured humans in an exhausted haze until Mahito appears before him.

Itadori launches into a back-and-forth battle against Mahito, but he struggles against Mahito's ploy of using average people against him. Meanwhile, Kugisaki ignores Nitta's attempts to stop her and returns to the battlefield where she encounters one of Mahito's separated bodies. Mahito decides to kill Kugisaki in order to break Itadori's soul.

Itadori stands in a daze at the disaster before his eyes, his mind already well past its limit. As a curse, Mahito is elated at seeing his ideal sequence of events play out before him, and he prepares to further finish off Itadori. Though just as Mahito is about to deliver the final blow.

After rescuing Itadori from his predicament, Todo bolsters his morale and encourages him to stand back up. Itadori, Todo, and Mahito all unleash Black Flashes in an intense exchange of blows, every one of them drawing out 120% of their latent potential. As Mahito kicks things into higher gear, he begins using Soul Multiplicity and Body Repel to unleash omnidirectional attacks.

The moment it appeared Itadori and Mahito's battle to the death was resolved, the being wearing Geto's body asked, "Shall I save you, Mahito?" Itadori immediately recognizes the man before him as the very same one who sealed away Gojo and leaps to attack, but he's held off by Geto's Cursed Spirit Manipulation. Then that man begins to reveal something important.

Choso begins to realize the identity of the mastermind parasitizing Geto's corpse as sorcerers gather for the final moments of the Shibuya Incident. The special grade sorcerer, Yuki Tsukumo, comes to the rescue when they're on the verge of death. Tsukumo then discusses the next stage for humanity with the mastermind. The incident ends with destruction and chaos.
