The vanguard's a magical girl!? In order to return the distorted world to its former state, Ibuki travels through time to the future, meets the two girls Emi and Shuka who share his goals, and encounters his doppelganger!

Jammer, the one responsible for distorting the past, transforms into a unit! And it refuses to cardfight! With barely a glance for the pinch Ibuki is in, Emi transforms into a magical girl and summons a unit from a card!

The journey to revert the distorted worlds of Ibuki, Suiko, and the magical girls begins! As they escape from the center of the distortion "Sanctuary", Ibuki and friends encounter the unpopular idol group ULTRARARE.

In the next destination in time that Ibuki and friends travel to, instead of being in Asteroid, Tetsu is living a celebrity lifestyle as a high school businessman from selling VF Gloves as health products!?

Ibuki and friends visit Fukuhara High School. But the club captain turns out to be Kawanami instead of Ren! While infiltrating the club room to uncover the truth, they witness a shocking scene!

A lawless city awaits those drawn into the Akashic Book!? Ibuki and friends are promptly captured by Mohican villains. The leader of the villains dons an iron mask, and turns out to be that guy that fell into ruin.

Ibuki nurses Suiko after she fell ill. Meanwhile, Emi and Shuka reminisce about how they met. And the mystery of why Emi became a magical girl is now brought to light.

Emi and friends encounter a refined Misaki. Although Ibuki decides that Misaki is a Jammer that must be defeated, Emi's heart is touched by Misaki doing her best at studying for the sake of Capital.

The hearty fighter Gouki from Voyage now has the personality of a pure maiden. Ibuki offers to coach Gouki for his goal to defeat Kamui.

The magical girls visit Miyaji Academy and look for traces of the Cardfight Club that Aichi founded and belonged to. But what they find is Nakagami and friends from the Foodfight Club instead!

Ryuzu, Kanzaki, and Oyama are competing to be the mascot character in the Vanguard Association's waiting room! And Emi and friends end up being dragged in to help..

Emi and Shuka are in an unexpected pinch from encountering Ren, the one who wielded Blaster Dark and used to be drowned in power. However, they manage to escape with the help of Mask the Dark.

Mask the Dark, whose real identity is revealed, realizes that the reason for the creation of the -if- world was a certain action by the card fairy Shuka. And the truth behind the story is gradually uncovered.

Emi and friends return to the past but fail to give the elementary school student Kai his Blaster Blade. They make a visit to Kai's house to check on the present Kai's situation, but...

After Miwa's attack, Kai is separated from Ibuki and others, and learns of his true history from encountering Takuto Tatsunagi. And before the troubled Kai appeared Aichi, the master of Sanctuary.

Kai wanders to confirm the truth of the original history, encounters Kamui, and arrives at Card Capital after having fixed the distortion. Kai takes on his first cardfight using a Kagero deck which he borrowed.

Kai encounters Emi and friends at the Vanguard Koshien. There they cross paths with Naoki, who after sharing how he will save Aichi in place of Kai, snatches Blaster Blade from Shuka.

Shingo retrieves his memory of the original history like Naoki, and reunites with his brother Shinji. Upon hearing Shinji's request to have a cardfight with his brother, Shingo is......

Only two remain in SK4. However, Ibuki loses his way and gets sent to the past by Kourin, to face the sins that his past self committed.

Ibuki attacks Kai and Emi as the 5th member of SK4 Silver Jungler, but Miwa appears to save them. Kai, Miwa, and Ibuki have gathered once again at "The Place of Beginnings".

Suiko is imprisoned by Kourin. She seems to have become a member of SK4 once more in this distorted history. Meanwhile, Ren joins up with Kai and the rest.

The Shield that prevents interference with the past was created with the power of Majesty Lord Blaster. The final battle against the distorted history is entrusted to Shuka's "secret plan".

What stands before Emi and friends in their journey to the past is the visage of Aichi having ridden Majesty Lord Blaster. The final battle for the Blaster Pair, Ibuki, Kai, Ren, and ULTRARARE begins.
