In Mizoram, Aalekh Kapoor goes paragliding, visits the Deer park, learns the art of handloom weaving and tries authentic Mizo dishes. The trip ends with a walk around a Heritage Village that offers a view of traditional Mizo life.

Varun travels to Manipur to try his hand at Thang Ta, a Manipuri martial art. Then he experiences the love of Radha and Krishan through the Manipuri rendition of Raasleela, visits Loktak Lake and learns the ropes of mountaineering.

Varun is at Nagaland, where he visits the Tuluni Festival and experiences the various dance forms of the state. Then, he digs into some authentic Naga food, goes off-roading, sways to traditional folk music and takes on trained Naga wrestlers.

Varun travels to picturesque Arunachal Pradesh. His first stop is the quaint Thembang Fort, where he tries the local food. Then he heads to the Sela Pass on the way to the Tawan Monastery, witnesses the famous Lion Dance and goes rafting.

Aalekh travels to Sikkim and visits the age-old Rumtek Monastery, where peaceful monks take part in lively debates. Then, he learns the art of archery, head bangs to some rock music and tries some local dishes.
