Tanjiro enjoys time with his family, unaware it's a dream created by Enmu. Can he and his friends wake up before their spiritual cores are destroyed?

Tanjiro realizes he's dreaming and must cut his own neck to wake up. Meanwhile, Enmu's accomplices struggle to destroy his group's spirit cores, growing impatient.

Enmu fuses with the Mugen Train, taking over 200 passengers as hostages. Tanjiro and his friends, including Rengoku, fight to protect them from Enmu’s attack.

Tanjiro and Inosuke are thrown off the Mugen Train after defeating Enmu. Injured, Tanjiro is relieved to hear the passengers are safe, but another demon appears.

Akaza and Rengoku's fierce battle rages on, with Rengoku weakening. Enmu regenerates instantly. Rengoku uses Esoteric Art to end the fight, determined to save all.
