Man Eats Wild

Mario risks it all by rafting down the deadliest strip of water in Africa, the Zambezi River. While there, he helps an African village take on some of the most problematic man-eating crocs on the planet that has been terrorizing them for years.

Mario travels to the Namib Desert in search of the oryx, an odd-looking creature that has been known to be harvested by people for centuries. While there, he takes to the sky and battles blistering heat with a hot air balloon to find them.

In the Kalahari Desert, there is an ancient tribe that has lived off the land since the beginning of mankind. Mario travels to meet the Naru people, and together they embark on an adventure to experience the different cultures and cuisines.

Just off the coast of Africa is a strip of 115 islands called the Seychelles. While there, Mario learns how fish for reef species and attempts to swim with a sailfish.

Mario ventures off the coast of Cape Town where the Indian Ocean meets the Atlantic. The two colliding water temperatures and currents cause the yellow fin tuna to come in hordes, and he finds himself in a David vs. Goliath battle with his food.

Deep in the wilderness of northern South Africa, poaching is rife, and the wilderness is as dangerous as it gets. Mario attempts to be the first in the area to have ever harvested one of the most dangerous animals known to Africa, the Cape buffalo.

The Axis deer populations in Hawaii have reached plague proportions, and they are in fact invasive to this beautifully pristine archipelago of the pacific. Mario ventures with big wave surfer, Shane Dorian, on an axis deer expedition.

Mario links up with Frank Stallone and ventures off to Kansas in search of eastern turkeys. With Frank's Italian background, Mario insists that it's possible to make turkey meatballs that tastes amazing.

Former UFC Lightweight Champion and Hall of Famer Chuck Liddell and Mario take on the mountain tops of Idaho on horseback. While there, Mario would like to experiment with the traditional Indian dish but this time with his own twist.
