After missing the final bus home, Adachi unexpectedly stays over at Kurosawa's apartment. Overwhelmed by the depth of Kurosawa's unfiltered thoughts, Adachi spends the night spiraling-and the next day turns to a friend, desperate for clarity and guidance.

Adachi joins his coworkers for an after-work drinking session, where an intimate moment with Kurosawa catches him off guard and leaves him unsettled and unsure of his feelings.

Adachi can't stop replaying his last encounter with Kurosawa in his mind. Later, while running errands with his coworker Fujisaki, the two find themselves in an unexpected predicament-only for Kurosawa to appear at just the right moment and come to their rescue.
