The chefs are in for a major shock. For the first time ever, Chef Ramsay has relocated Hell's Kitchen to Las Vegas to find out who will be the next head chef at the brand-new Hell’s Kitchen restaurant in beautiful Lake Tahoe.

The chefs are challenged to work individually to create a fine-dining shrimp dish, with the winner gaining a punishment pass. Hell's Kitchen opens for the first time in Las Vegas with Lisa Vanderpump and Wayne Brady at the chefs' tables.

The remaining chefs compete in a Caesar salad challenge, with the winners rewarded with dune-buggy rides through the desert. One of the chefs has a melt-down before dinner service.

A chef leaves the competition due to medical issues. The chefs must race to serve a reception brunch to newlyweds, which leaves the Blue Team divided. At dinner service, it's anything but a happy ending for both teams.

Tempers flare when the contestants return from the last elimination, and the chefs pair-up to cook upscale Mexican cuisine. A shaky dinner service leads to a shocking elimination.

The chefs are surprised to find a cover band playing a radical rendition of a classic song. Chef Ramsay tasks them to create a radical twist on classic Italian dishes, and the chefs smash guitars to determine who will go head-to-head in the challenge.

A contestant goes to lengths to prove themselves to their fellow team members during a compelling surf and turf relay challenge. A ruckus dinner service leads to one team falling behind serving entrees.

The chefs head into the dining room to play the only team game in Vegas, craps, with the winning team being surprised with a special lunch. Back in Hell's Kitchen, the chefs receive a surprise phone call from Chef Ramsay about the dinner service.

The chefs compete in the iconic Blind-Taste Test, with the winning team going on a helicopter ride to the bottom of the Grand Canyon. One of the teams struggles at dinner service and goes through a heated debate to decide who they can live without.

With eight chefs left, the teams are challenged to create five burgers from five different ingredients. Two contestants fight to stay in Hell's Kitchen after a subpar dinner service.

The chefs compete in the inaugural ‘Spell’s Kitchen’ word scramble challenge and cook-off. Hell's Kitchen hosts a multi-course meal for charity, but Chef Ramsay is displeased with both teams' performances.

The chefs are whisked away to an unknown location and surprised by Criss Angel and the coveted Black Jackets. Back at Hell's Kitchen, the chefs compete in three difficult challenges to prove they are worthy of a Black Jacket.

The chefs celebrate making it to the final five, and two contestants with a budding romance take it to the hot tub. The first Black Jacket challenge involves the chefs making unique dishes with ingredients appearing along the way.

The chefs have just 30 minutes to prep and 30 minutes to serve 40 portions to hungry club goers. Chef Ramsay challenges each of the chefs with running the pass at dinner service, with surprise sabotages designed to test the chef's attention to detail.

The final three chefs are called into Chef Ramsay's office with a surprise twist: visits from their families! During a tour at the Jubilee Theater at Caesar's Palace, the contestants discover their final cooking challenge.

The final two chefs pick their brigades and prepare the most important dinner service of their lives before Chef Ramsay crowns the winner and new head chef of Hell's Kitchen Lake Tahoe.
