Varun turns 30, and is sad from being fired as a pilot, something he hides from everyone. Anisha surprises him on his birthday party and that sets the wheels in motion of Varun finally moving on and getting married to Anisha. Ria and Varun realise that this signals the end of their home together. Back in the day we see Varun and Ria move into their home, and then set it up for the first time.

Varun gets set to meet Anisha's parents. Ria leaves for Mumbai to go tell her parents the truth about her breakup with Varun. This has ramifications on Varun and Anisha's relationship. Back in the day, Varun and Ria host their parents for lunch and plans for their future together are made.

Ria admits to still having feelings for Varun. Back in the day, Varun and Ria grapple with tough decisions as Varun leaves his job to become a flight attendant. Things get messy for them as their plans and life goals come in the way of their relationship leading to cracks.

Ria starts to look for new houses, and Varun continues to lie to everybody about being a pilot. Back in the day, Ria and Varun are still not talking to each other. Ria tries to reach out to Varun about something, but can't. This leads to dire consequences.

The episode deals with how Varun and Ria finally break up and tracks through the time they are separate till they finally come back and live together as exes.

As Varun and Ria settle back into their relationship, they realise that they still need to deal with old baggage. Will they make it or will they break up?
