Lenalee realises that her friend, Suman, is the Fallen One. Allen discovers that Suman made a deal with Tyki and his Innocence is killing him.

Lenalee learns from Komui that Suman cannot be saved and will die, as he had betrayed the Order and God.

Suman's body deteriorates and Allen succeeds in getting Suman's Innocence out of his body. However, Suman's body is alive but his mind is dead.

After seeing Suman die, Allen meets Tyki, who rips off his left arm and tears a hole in his heart, before destroying Allen's Innocence.

Lavi and Lenalee learn that Allen is held at Asian Branch headquarters. Miranda arrives as Allen's replacement and the Exorcists depart from China.

Allen wakes up alive, and discovers that his own destroyed Innocence lingered on and filled his damaged heart, saving his life.

As Allen is unable to restore his Innocence by himself, he begins special training with Fou, trying to activate his Innocence to fight.

Eshii, a powerful Akuma, attacks the ship. The Exorcists are no match for him and are in serious danger, thus Lenalee decides to confront him alone.

Using his ability, Eshii uses dark matter to create chains around Lenalee and the ship, dragging all of them into the ocean depths.

Lenalee disappears once again after pushing herself and her Innocence to the limits, defeating Eshii in the process.

The Exorcists wait for Lenalee's return after defeating the other Akuma, only to find Lenalee held captive in a crystal shield by a yellow Akuma.

Lavi finds Lenalee encased in her Innocence, and brings her back to the ship. Miranda deactivates her Innocence, and everyone reverts to real time.

The group finally arrives in Japan but in bad shape. Chomesuke is captured by a level 3 Akuma while Lavi helpes her gain a chance to escape.

Allen makes little progress trying to reactivate his Innocence. Meanwhile, Tyki realises Allen's existence and sends Akuma to kill him.

The Exorcists arrive at Edo Castle and challenges the Earl to protect the Generals. They also gain knowledge that Allen is still alive.

Allen comes face to face with Tyki's level 3 Akuma. The Akuma attacks Allen with its dark matter, piercing through his chest.

The group escapes with a unstable Allen, but the Akuma catches up with them and Fou decides to sacrifice herself until Allen saves her in time.

Allen's Innocence is reactivated during his battle with the Akuma, and he is given a new long black arm and a white cowl fitted with a mask.

With his newly activated Innocence, Allen leaves the Asian Branch for Edo to meet up with his fellow Exorcists.

The battle between the Exorcists and the Noah continues, and the combined Akuma manages to injure the Exorcists even after Chomesuke's sacrifice.

Just as Tyki is about to kill the Exorcists, Kanda begins a fight with Tyki, and he manages to save Lenalee who was held captive by Tyki.

The Earl's black orb of energy completely destroys Edo, and Allen and the Earl meet again as the Earl tries to obtain Lenalee's Innocence himself.

Allens vows to protect Lenalee and begins the fight with the Earl. The Earl assures Allen they will continue the fight before disappearing.

Lero kidnaps Lenalee, and the Exorcists follow them into the portal, only to see the infamous Noah's Ark in the sky before being attacked by Akuma.
