It's Cake Day and their first challenge is a technical, Piggy Rolls, sweet swiss rolls, decorated as pigs. Then it's the Showstopper which has to be a cake that represents the proudest moment of their life.

It's Biscuit Day and their first challenge is the technical, peanut millionaires' shortbread, which won Liam Charles a Hollywood handshake in the GBBO tent. Then have to make themed biscuit pinatas which the judges will smash open to judge them.

It's Bread day and the contestants are nervous about baking for Paul Hollywood. In their technical challenge, they have to make filled steamed buns in the shape of pandas, while for the showstopper they are asked to made portraits of their heroes out of sweet bread.

It's dessert day and the technical challenge is a fruity meringue bombe in the shape of a pineapple. Then the showstopper is a cheesecake decorated to look like their dream holiday destination.

It's pastry day and the technical challenge is a religieuse choux pastry in the shape of Harry Hill. Then the showstopper is a pie that will look and taste like their favourite take away meals.

A new set of junior bakers are in the tent for the second heat and cake week. Their technical challenge is an upside down cake featuring Liam's face on the top. Then the showstopper is a cake depiction of the contestants' wildest dreams.

The second set of bakers return for biscuit day. Their technical challenge is to make biscuit sunglasses. Then they have to create a biscuit box that represents the bakers hobbies and secret talents.

The second set of bakers are back and it's bread day. Their technical challenge is a stuffed doughball tear and share. Then for the showstopper they have to represent the best day of their life on a focaccia loaf.

The second set of bakers are back and it's dessert day. Their technical challenge is a Rainbow Baked Alaska and then they have to make a dessert imposter, making a sweet treat look like a savoury meal.

The second set of bakers are heading into pastry day. Their technical challenge is to make Liam's take on toastable Pop Tarts while the showstopper is a family crest pie.

The best contestants from both heats are now combined for finals week and their first day is chocolate day. Their technical challenge is a miso caramel chocolate tart. Then their Showstopper is to make Mini Chocolate Mirror Glaze cakes.

Finals week continues and it's Super Snack Day. The technical challenge is a waffle sandwich with a chicken filling, while for the showstopper the children have to bake a large version of their favourite sweet treat.

It's quarter final week and 'Magical' day. The technical challenge is to make a kitchen washing up sponge illusion dessert while the showstopper is a magical 'flowing' cake.

It's the semi-final week and 'fruit' day. The technical challenge is to make a fruity jelly snowglobe, while the showstopper is a colourful meringue tower using seasonal fruits.

It's the final and there's a funfair theme. First up is a signature bake where the four remaining contestants have to make dessert jars and ice cream sandwiches. Then for a showstopper they have to make a funfair cake that brings all the fun of the fair to the table.
