We Got Game

A fateful night brings strangers Hau, Leung, Tak, and Bo together to play a match of basketball against a bunch of college students. Off court, they each face their own problems which led to them meeting on the court.

Hon Lam University gets defeated and becomes laughingstock on the Internet while the trio are praised. Fung, captain of Hon Lam's basketball team is upset and proposes another match in which the loser has to run naked.

Tak's sister wants to send Tak to the UK while Leung's wife throws out his sneakers. On the other hand, Hau has to deal with new and old people in his life. However, they face their realities instead of running away.

The trio starts training for their match under Bo's coaching. However, each of their individual play styles becomes a hindrance to them. Just as Leung suffers from a cramp, Hippo shows up to be the team's medic.

A group of kids tries to rob a sundry stall but causes an accident to the owner, Mr. Man. One of the kids, Kwong, is released from prison. Bo asks him for a basketball match. However, Kwong is no longer the same person he used to be.

Bo brings Kwong into the basketball team, but Tak and Kwong don't get along on the court. However, an unexpected friendship eventually develops. Leung finds trouble at work as he is unable to refuse annoying colleague.

Hau throws a tantrum at Hippo and tells her to stay away. However, he feels uneasy when she stops showing up. Tak's dad is happy to see Tak's maturity and invites Kwong to be his assistant. Meanwhile, Ching Ching goes missing after an argument with her mom.

Fung's arrogance causes problems for him on the court. The coach of the Hong Kong team goes to watch a Hon Lam game to recruit talent, but Fung eventually gets sent off the court due to his lack of team spirit. Hau grows jealous when he finds Hippo hanging out with a new guy.

Hau's mother returns to him and his brother, yet Hau refuses to accept her. Fatty tries to help them reconcile, but his attempt causes his relationship with Hau to fall apart. With others' help, Hau learns to open his heart to make up with Fatty and his mother.

Fatty borrows money from his teammates and raises their suspicion. Under Kwong's interrogation, he confesses that he fell for Internet fraud, and he is forced to borrow money. The team works together to capture the culprit.

Hau, Leung and Tak make progress in their lives. Hippo discovers Ms. Yau's plan to separate Hau and his brother, but she struggles to tell Hau the truth. Cheuk Lap Fung helps Chair to regain confidence in his journey of fighting cancer.

Ms. Yau tells Hau she will take both him and his little brother to Australia, but this is not the truth. Tak finds out the true reason of the success of his business. Leung faces drastic changes in both his career and family.

As Hau, Leung, and Tak decide to quit, the team is at the risk of being disbanded. Sour Bo does something shocking to encourage his teammates. Inspired by Sour Bo and Fatty, Hau takes the initiative to reconcile with Boss.

Leung makes up with his wife, and Tak convinces Yu Yan to let him stay in Hong Kong. Hau wants to apologize to Hippo, but the only way to reach her is to compete with Hon Lam. He regroups the team again, and the boys face Hon Lam head-on.

The match between Hon Lam and Chi Hon is in full swing. The players use all their strengths and overcome their weaknesses in the process. In the end, an unexpected last-minute goal determines the fate of the team.
