Jeet, Pargat and Goldie kidnap the son of a wealthy businessman, Jindal. They manage to get the ransom money, but later, Jindal and his son get killed in a police chase. Goldie also gets wounded by a gunshot and rushes to Roshi's home.

Two jobless men, Pargat and Goldie, con and steal from the villagers. Pargat's father is fed up with his behaviour and asks him to leave home. Pargat and Goldie plan to move to Chandigarh to stay with their friend, Jeeta. On their way, they con the bus conductor and later con and rob a shopowner.

Goldie gets friendly with Jeeta's neighbor Mr. Sharma, and falls for Mr. Sharma's daughter, Roshi. Pargat and Goldy could not control their greed for money and steal an LED from Mr. Sharma's place. They later con a shopkeeper and loot him as well.

After watching a movie, Pargat gets the idea of kidnapping someone to fulfil their never-ending greed for money. They plan to kidnap Chintu, a child from Jeeta's neighbor. Goldie gets friendly with Chintu, kidnaps the child and demand a ransom of 10 lakhs.

They successfully execute Chintu's kidnapping. Pargat and Goldy go clubbing with the ransom money, and Jeeta goes out on a date with his girlfriend, Simmi. Soon they exhaust all their money, and Pargat then tells Jeeta to kidnap Simmi for more money. She invites Jeeta to meet her father.

Simmi urges Jeet to meet her father, but Jeeta lies about having some work and instead makes Pargat and Goldy kidnap Simmi. Simmi manages to escape, but Jeeta shows up on time and shoots Simmi.

The local DSP is corrupt. He interrogates the three men, but instead of punishing them, he asks them to join hands with him to run a drug business. This DSP helps them in kidnapping the son of a wealthy businessman, Jindal, who is the accomplice of Balbir, a well-connected man in Chandigarh. Balbir is now after the three men to take revenge.
