Tarun, a fresh engineering graduate, joins a company and discovers a neglected project with great potential for the Indian market. Inspired, he convinces his colleague Tapan to launch a startup using the abandoned code.

To reassure Tapan, Tarun quits his job, and they begin building the project secretly. As they near completion, Tarun feels the need for a marketing head and searches for a third partner to grow the company.

Tarun is captivated by Tara's voice over a phone call and offers her a partnership instantly. Tara meets the duo and joins the venture. They pitch their idea to an investor, who shows interest, but Tarun has another plan in mind.

With help from a friend, Tarun manipulates media to create hype around their startup. Soon, investors flood in with offers. Just as their dream deal approaches, an anonymous video exposing their scam threatens everything.

Tapan handles the blackmailer Mukesh, easing the crisis. But trouble escalates when Tarun's ex-boss files a legal case, and their investor considers backing out. Tarun ends up in jail, only to be bailed out by an investor with hidden motives.
