Dexter wants to know what he is getting for his birthday so he creates a mind-reading invention. Then, Monkey and Quackor are in a battle when Quackor lays an egg. Finally, to destroy Dexter's lab, Mandark disguises himself as Dexter's Mom.

When Dexter's school has Career Day, Dexter hires a scientist to stand in for his boring dad. Then, while Mom is out shopping, a new sale is announced. Finally, Dexter discovers the moon is hollow with monsters living inside.

Dexter creates a device to download his memories. Then, follow a day in the life of Mandark as he goes to the dentist and plots. Finally, Dexter creates an invention to transmit television waves directly into his brain so he can talk about shows.

Mandark reveals he was raised by New Age parents who disavowed science and named him Susan. Then, Dexter's robots escape from the lab and runs amok in the city.

When Mandark downloads himself into Dexter's computer, Dexter uploads himself. Then, when Dexter orders Dee Dee out of his lab, she goes to her room. Finally, when Dexter's plans are taken into the girls' bathroom, Dexter ventures inside.

Dexter mocks his Uncle Magic's world of illusion and uses science to make Dee Dee disappear. Then, Dexter tries to paint his lab blue but Dee Dee wants to paint it pink. Finally, Dexter positively charges himself and Dee Dee.

When reading his comic isn't enough for Dexter, he creates a machine that makes them real. Then, Dad steps out on a golf course and prepares to tee up. Finally, when Dexter realizes the Robo-Dexo 2000 is obsolete, he builds Robo-Dexo 3000.

It's a flashback to the '80s as Mom copes with her germaphobia. Then, Mom and Dad are playing Scrabble when accusations begin to fly. Finally, when the military invades Dexter's lab, a war ensues between the army and Dexter's robots.

Dexter is convinced his life could be better if he only had an older brother. Then, when the family leaves for the day, Dad is left alone to express himself as a dancer. Finally, Dexter can be moved up a grade if he passes gym class.

Koosie's dog Peepers is stolen from Koosland. Koosie begs Dexter for help. Then, the family is kidnapped by aliens who want Dexter's technology. When the aliens cart Dexter away, it's up to Mom, Dad and Dee Dee to save the day.

Dee Dee brings home a boy who's not only cute but smart. Then, when Dexter gets amnesia, Dee Dee shows him the fun they have together. Finally, Dexter and Mandark both decide to expand their labs, running into each other.
