It is only after Hari promises that he will take care of all of Priyanka's needs that Prabhakaran leaves Palaykkal house. Meghna and Hari enter into a heated argument.

In a drunken fit of rage Hari picks an argument with Nadeshan. Sumithra who steps out of the house witnesses a horrific sight!

Following the return of Malu, Meghna tries to prove her innocence. When Meghna treats Priyanka like a servant, Hari is triggered and confronts her. She notes the menacing tone of his voice.

Meghna demands that Priyanka abort the child growing in her womb. Hari confesses to Priyanka that he will never see Meghna as his wife.

Meghna begins to see Hari as threat. Later, Hari catches Meghna poisoning Priyanka's food.

Before Priyanka consumes the poison, Hari steps in and rescues her. Later, Hari asks his brother to accompany him on a journey.

Prabhakaran who unexpectedly sees his daughter away from Jayakrishnan's home, forcibly makes her return home with him. Soon, Jayan and Hari are informed of what happened to Priyanka.
