Chef Robert heads to Starlite Restaurant and Pizza in West Orange, NJ, after the owner Patty's son reaches out for help. He finds an extremely dirty kitchen and an old-school staff that is unwilling to change, including Patty.

Robert travels to De Rican Chef in Virginia Beach, VA, where owner Raquel and her son Reuben are barely making a profit. Raquel drops a bombshell about why she has lost her passion, leading Robert to try to heal the family.

When Robert answers a desperate plea for help at The BFE Bar and Grill in Waynesboro, GA, he finds out their liquor license was suspended for back taxes, their reputation is shot and service is slow. Can Robert save these owners?

Chef Robert heads to Peppino's Ristorante Italiano in Oviedo, FL. He has his hands full with updating the decades-old menu, service and decor, as well as figuring out whether the owners' son is capable of running the business.

Chef Robert heads to SiP Bistro in Holly Springs, NC, to try to mend the owners' relationship and negotiate a healthy balance of control. He also must do a full dining room reno and make the small kitchen as efficient as possible.

Robert answers a plea for help at So Natural Organic Restaurant and Market in Harker Heights, TX. He must not only teach the owners efficient operating procedures but also help them make great food that happens to be healthy.
