Wrestling Champion Pammi, who has always been a victim of the caste discrimination system, is about to give up all her hopes of winning against the unjust system. Just then Kashipur wale Baba Nirala comes to her rescue like a 'Messiah'. Meanwhile on a construction site, in the adjacent forest land of the city, a skeleton is discovered.'

The resurfaced skeleton causes upheaval, implicating the CM in forest land allotment. Ujagar Singh, the investigating officer, faces pressure. Pammi's brother Satti is shocked to learn of her devotion to Baba Nirala, the influential Godman who wields power in Kashipur.

Pammi shows Satti Baba's charitable work at Aashram, convincing him of Baba's virtue. But this causes tension as Pammi declares she wants to become a Sadhvi. Ujagar Singh, motivated by Natasha, decides to pursue the skeleton case with constable Sadhu, despite pressure.

Baba allows Pammi to join Aashram, but not as a Sadhvi. Satti also wants to join, but Baba tests him. Ujagar investigates the skeleton, finding links to Aashram, enlisting reporter Akki's help. Irked, CM orders IG Sharma to investigate Baba Nirala's background.

Baba and Bhopa learn of IG Sharma's investigation into Baba's past. CM Hukum attends Aashram's mass wedding, negotiating election deals. Satti marries Babita, unaware she is a prostitute. Mohini's twin Sohini identifies the skeleton evidence and tells Ujagar of Mohini's disappearance.

IG Sharma falls into Baba's trap and begs forgiveness. Ujagar identifies Kavita on hotel CCTV, but his call to her at Aashram puts her in danger. Pammi begins intense wrestling training. Satti's mother rejects his marriage to Babita. Ujagar's investigation faces obstacles within Aashram.

Bhopa stages a rescue to intimidate Kavita. He arranges Haridas's promotion for closing the Ravi Chopra case as suicide. Ujagar faces pressure to stop his Aashram investigation. Bhopa's men spot Akki and Sohini, alarming Bhopa by Sohini's resemblance to Mohini.

Baba decides to rope in the famous Pop star Tinka Singh in order to have a bigger youth following. An intoxicated Tinka insults Bhopa and refuses to do any music shows for the Ashram. Tinka pays a heavy price for turning down Baba Nirala. Baba's eyes are now set on Babita. He offers Satti a promotion in Mewat Factory and brainwashes him to undergo the ritual of 'Shuddhikaran'.

Ujagar arranges an undercover operation with SP Dhanda to transport Sohini safely. Satti is disturbed to learn of his "Shuddhikaran" and is transferred to Mewat Aashram. Babita is summoned to Baba's quarters, where she is sedated and raped.
