Vidhatha follows the struggle of a common man against injustice. Siva Reddy exploits the village through illegal businesses, while Eeshwar, who lost his family in an accident caused by him, vows to end his tyranny. He cleverly seizes Siva Reddy's valuable diamonds, crippling him financially and politically, before finally getting him convicted and using the recovered wealth to serve the poor.
