The Fabulous Baker Brothers

Tom and Henry Herbert are in the ancient town of Rye, England. They prepare a Catch of the Rye sandwich using tin-can soda bread and local scallops and soles. Also on the menu are salt-crust lamb, a Jamaican curry and a very special feast pudding.

Tom and Henry travel to beautiful Bakewell in Derbyshire’s Peak District, where they create a local beer-based pizza. They also learn about Bakewell pudding and prepare Thai-style buffalo noodles and buffalo cobbler before visiting Chatsworth House.

In the ancient city of Winchester, the boys make watercress pesto and drizzle it onto a breakfast-inspired salad. They also create a gorgeous hot pink beetroot and wasabi cured salmon dish, blueberry cake, beef burgers and a beefed-up Yorkshire pudding.

Henry and Tom head to Cartmel in the Lake District, the home of sticky toffee pudding. They prepare barley risotto with miniature vegetables and fresh rabbit, potted duck, roast boar and a Cartmel tart.

The Welsh market town of Monmouth boasts its own dessert, aptly named Monmouth Pudding. While there, the boys create their own ice cream and create rival dishes for some local fishermen: Front Page Fish and Chips and a Severn Salmon Sandwich.

In the magnificent cathedral city of Wells in Somerset, Tom and Henry are inspired to cook cider-apple fritters. They also try their hand at making cheddar cheese and combining it with craft beer. Then, it's on to bangers and mash and chops and fries.
