Made in Korea: The K-Pop Experience

Immediately diving into the K-pop world, the UK band encounters its vibrant culture, challenges, and rewards as they meet their mentors and undergo a performance evaluation.

Following a disappointing evaluation from Hee Jun Yoon, the head of training and casting at SM Entertainment, the band members discuss the repercussions and what they need to do to improve. Meanwhile, band member James is grappling with health issues.

As band member Blaise struggles to find his place in the group, the boys attempt the bedrock of any K-pop band - the music video.

Dexter, James, Olly, and Reese delve into Korean culture at a traditional folk village with K-pop icon Shindong. He guides them through a Korean food market, encouraging them to sample local delicacies such as pig's trotters, chicken feet, and octopus.

Blaise, Dexter, James, Olly, and Reese aim to enhance their stamina for performances, so K-pop idol Shindong signs them up for a military-style boot camp to improve their fitness.

As their hundred days draw to an end, the band must impress dignitaries at the British embassy and a room of eager K-pop fans. Will they win Hee Jun-yoon’s approval before heading home?
