Cha Young-min is the most renowned doctor in the medical field, known for his excelling surgical skills. He meets Go Seung-tak, the luckiest and richest resident doctor-whose grandfather founded Myung-shin Hospital and whose mother is its current chairwoman of the hospital. Young-min sends Seung-tak to the emergency room to work as a resident.

One day, an accident leaves Young-min in a coma, turning him into a ghost. His spirit leaves his body and ends up possessing Seung-tak-just as Seung-tak is about to perform Young-min's surgery.
